Existing Customers

If you are an Existing Customer and would like to refill an existing prescription or place an order for a new prescription, simply contact our toll-free customer support center at 1-877-278-5387. Please remember to provide us with your full name, date of birth, and telephone number. Our customer care representative will locate your account and help you place your order. Refills: If you are calling to refill an existing prescription, you do NOT need to send us the prescription again. Simply provide us with the details of what you want refilled.
