A severe allergic reaction to Lexapro may include symptoms such as a skin rash, problems with breathing and swelling around the face and mouth. These symptoms require immediate medical attention. It may cause some changes in mood in the early stages and these should all be reported to the doctor along with symptoms such as muscle stiffness, fever, irregular heartbeat, nausea, faintness, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, problems with memory, seizures and breathing problems.
There are some common side effects that may include drowsiness; changes in weight, sweating and problems sleeping but these can usually be managed under the guidance of a doctor. There may be other symptoms and any that give cause for concern should be reported to a doctor straight away.
Those who order Lexapro should note that the instructions issued by the doctor should be followed to the letter. Only take the recommended dose.
